Tax return delivery

The typical turnaround time for prior year tax returns are one to two business days if it is a complex return. Otherwise, it will be available for download right away after submission.

If you’re preparing a current year tax return, we will be e-file your taxes right after submission. However, if we have any questions about your tax return, or conducting a review, we will reach out to you. We do this by messaging the message board of your account or placing a call to you. You can use your message board to respond as well asking us questions regarding your return.
